PICS FROM LAST WEEK:
- PhyFl16P1SS55–Gold Standard
- PhyFl16P1SS56–A MUCH harder Gold Standard problem worked out as a class.
- PhyFl16P1SS57–Same problem with a few more details.
- PhyFl16P1SS58– It is ILLEGAL to have fractional units in a “cell” in unit analysis. In this case you would move the S^2 down to the denominator.
- PhyFl16P1SS59– same idea
- PhyFl16P1SS60– Circular motion will be with us the rest of the year and all through your science career. Might as well start to understand it now.
- PhyFl16P1SS61– We use “s” for arclength or any vector that is a combination of x, y, and z. “s” is a generalized vector. NOT capital S, that is used for a concept called Entropy which we will get to later.
- PhyFl16P1SS62–labels some stuff.
- PhyFl16P1SS63–omega (the baby’s bottom) is the symbol we use for angular velocity. We use “v” for linear velocity.
- PhyFl16P1SS64–Black kinematics are used to describe circular motion.
- PhyFl16P1SS65–We measured the omega of the “boss”.
- PhyFl16P1SS67–that is a pretty slow omega.
