  • HO 7.4 and work on it for the hour.  We discussed the origins of Newton’s Universal Law of Gravitation — Tycho Brahe (1546 – 1601) was the greatest naked eye astronomer.  He cataloged 777 stars.  Johannes Kepler (1571-1630) took “stole” his data and developed Kepler’s 3 Laws.  Newton used the data and other sources to develop his Universal Gravitation Equation. Which NASA still uses to day . . . so Thank You Tycho!
